With support and guidance, it may be possible to become more fully present, rather than feeling stuck in the past. The simple act of talking to a therapist is the first step towards exploring your thoughts and fears and addressing ways to move forward in your life.

As a humanistic therapist, trained in the Gestalt approach, I can offer you an empathic, creative, holistic and mindful therapeutic experience. This has been developed most recently through my 3 year training and completion of a Diploma in Counselling at the Gestalt Centre, London. I am also a fully trained Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator, certified to teach the eight week Mindfulness Stress reduction Course (MBSR) to individuals and groups.
I am able to bring a wealth of life experience to my therapeutic relationship in both a personal and professional capacity which includes my work as a Practice Manager and Youth Worker in the UK and Australia.
